About the team

With decades of experience in the personal finance industry, we’ve seen how much money people in the UK lose out on each year, and across their lifetime – it’s driven us quite nuts!

We decided to help change that with one simple idea. “To educate people about money in the simplest way possible.”

We’re now proudly helping the UK build financial understanding and confidence, help save £1,000s, and build a comfortable future for themselves.

An honest, quick answer, explained in English which I could understand, recommended.

Their articles are top notch. I recently read 'My partner is a first-time buyer but I’m not, what are my options?' That article was absolute perfection, absolute 10/10.

Hello, hope you don't mind the email as I am not a customer but I just wanted to say what an excellent couple of well written articles about pensions you have produced I.e. 'what the average pension pot is' and 'how much is required to have saved.'

Finally someone has taken the time and  trouble to produce a really comprehensive but easy to read couple of articles about this complex subject with clear illustrations to back up the text (which are ideal for the likes of myself.) You also show what pension pots totals need to be aiming for in order to receive the various levels of income, with or without a State Pension, for single people and for couples. Superb!

Whoever spent the time to write this should be complimented. Have searched so many websites over time about pensions and not one has ever indicated the total pension pot amount to aim to have saved or set things out so clearly. This is so useful.

Wish this information had been around when I was younger. There was little or no information around other than vague indications back then other than save as much as you can. If the pension subject comes up with anyone I talk to I will certainly recommend they read this. It is all there in one place!
